I bought this app once and now it won’t open the full version. So frustrating!

I have downloaded it several times and it doesn’t have audio on the Phone and tablets.

I’m trying to restore purchase so that my son will get the full version on his ipad, but the app isn’t letting me? How can i fix this without paying twice?
